Well obviously I could of gone down the traditional route of 'weigh-watchers' etc. However I wanted to see if there was anything else available for me to try.
That's when I discovered The Paleo Diet, or as others call it the "Paleo Plan"
What Are Paleo Foods?

Basically put, the paleo diet allows you to eat those foods that we as humans have eaten for tens of thousands of years, up until basically we introduced commercial farming.
What I love about this method of dieting is the fact that there are so many forms of information about it. From FULL recipe books to individual sites on breakfasts, smoothies and even quick and easy paleo snacks to help you feed your hunger BUT help you stay on your diet.
